- right leg started hurting (not good)

You know… when you finally internalize just HOW poor things can be in your life in some aspects, it’s really character-building.
You are forced to confront the REAL you… and if you’re like me, who responds to “You will need a walker eventually you know” with:

Did much bedrest which helped ankles (yay!) but made me realize, bedrest is good and I really am NOT that fond of it.
But hey, every day above ground ==> Good day indeed!
Don’t beat yourself up when you mess up.
Take ownership and make it better!
