… and NOT the SPAM folder?
Well then!

A). Your Email Looks (design, copy, header) Like a SPAM Email
General
1). Keywords in your email body
2). Keywords in your email subject line
3). Image / Text ratio
4). Alt Text not present in images
5). Similar email being marked as SPAM by email users
6). Links inside the email
7). Using URL shortener in email
. Not having Unsubscribe link in the email footer
9). Not having a Physical Address in the email footer
10). Not having an Unsubscribe Link in the header

That… is an awful lot of thingees to keep track of.
