“Jeepers Part 2, self, I wonder if there’s any scary DOs and DON’Ts online regarding social media and if so, how can I write in the blink of a coffee cup crashing to the floor?”

Yep, it IS Sunday.
And I think today’s topic should be ‘anger’.
Or better yet, how much you do NOT own someone ELSE’s anger, no matter how dear that person might be to you.
Any anger that is directed towards you – you don’t own it. It’s THEIR issue to solve.
Not yours.
And one of the most powerful statements you can direct towards the other person is:
“You own it.
I do NOT.
I will be there to help you process it, but the instant you go into Blame mode – I will disengage until you are back to normal.”
And then KEEP to that promise.
Do NOT give other people power over you, by suggesting you own THEIR reactions.
You do NOT.
That has basically been my week. And it will still take time to internalize…. but I’m focusing on ME today and nobody (with the exception of the husband) else.

Yep, it IS Saturday.
OMG how much I need this week to be *over*.
Why?
Well… the past few days have so sucked my everything strength… and I’ve learned one hell of a lot.
And it manifested to me as,
“Take 2 sanity pills and call myself in the morning.”
I need to make that graphic!
I’ll probably write more about this later on… but you know the essence of it all?
You cannot take ownership of other people’s actions… and that is okay. You cannot help others if you allow yourself to smooshed by everyone else.
Yesterday was simply a day of regrouping. And we’ll see how today goes.
