As you might be aware, “influencers” (and those who fudge their reach data) range from the cream of the Hollywood crop to the shower mold that graces your indoor plumbing.

Long-term partnerships between brands and creators

Step 1.) Decide what you want to sell via an influencer
Step 2.) Zero in on what metrics indicate success

It’s Sunday!
and OMG what a day was yesterday.
Got me second Shingles vaccine (its a 2 shot series):
I had a mild reaction (yay!) but if anything is going to happen… theoretically it will happen with a vengeance today.
I’m totally fine with reactions, mind you.
Getting Shingles (especially as an adult) is one of the most horrible things that can happen to anyone – it can result in neurological pain and last for literally months.

Seriously… NEVER play around with your health. If you can get the Shingles vaccine, it’s definitely a wise thing to consider (and remember, I’m not a doctor – Just an old individual who is trying to be as proactive with her health as possible. Make your own decisions of course).

Ah yes!
It’s Saturday!
Never let it be said that I do things the easy way.
Woke up earlish in the morning (yay!) and got lots of work done (yay!) and did an hour of biking (yay!) and more work (yay!) and then it was doctor appt time (yay!) and then gym time!
Behold that excitement! 🙂
Did swimming and then the weight machine rounds… I can now pull down 50 pounds (it was 40 pounds 2 days ago) which is kinda sorta nifty (although not my 190 pull-down pounds of 8 years ago).
Ah well. I just have to keep improving. And unfortunately, the pain has been keeping me awake now for hours… hence, it’s newsletter writing time wheeee!
The heck with improving one’s health…. it can really do a number when you’re in recovery mode.
So tomorrow should be nice and quiet I think.
